As we communicated with you via email today, the courier completely ignored both your clear instructions and our direct orders to deliver the parcel to your local locker. Please know that we are on your side. We have already filed a formal complaint with the local Depot Manager against this specific driver for their unacceptable service. We are doing everything in our power to resolve this courier mess for you. Thank you for your patience while we fight this on your behalf.
