I was offered a full-time job with Canyon ranch in Tucson Arizona pending a background check around March 30th 2025. this company damn reported my race in a misdemeanor in Big bowl letters " black male"without my consent. they claim that they put white people also. but when I asked Canyon ranch is that true they refuse to respond. they also refuse to hire me. this company ruined my opportunities!

Makes cold calls purporting to solicit sensitive personal information on third parties. I am not accustomed nor do I think it is appropriate for me to disseminate sensitive personal information on anyone to any stranger. I hope no one ever does that to me. When pressed for information to validate their legitimacy, they hang up the phone. On a callback, they refused to put the CEO on the phone to discuss why his employees would hang up a phone instead of getting a call to someone capable of handling a situation. They are extremely evasive and refuse to answer simple yes/no questions. They threatened me that they were planning to report that I was refusing to give a reference when nothing could be farther from the truth. The call never got that far. I cannot believe that tactics of this ilk would lead to something anyone would be willing to pay for. I do not understand why any employer would want to deal with this organization even if it is legitimate.
