Verefa is a wonderful company to work with you. I was having a problem with my vacuum. I called customer service and they immediately went to work to solve my issue. My problem was fixed in a matter of days! I would recommend this company for their good vacuums and their wonderful customer support.

Good Luck with getting a response. If you do they take forever and don't even ask for a credit, you will jump through hoops for it. Years ago they were awesome, and they have really gone down the drain. I would not recommend them to any businesses. Look into other providers.

Racist, I got in a agreement with them, it was okay for some months and then they were always late to reply to my emails. After 17 emails to Tamika, she refused to reactivate my account even tho there was no outstanding payment. They don't pick up your call. Nothing. Pathetic
