I can't believe how much they worked with me the other day. I experienced an unexpected delay on the drive, making me twenty-five minutes late to my periodontal cleaning. I felt awful and immediately offered to reschedule, but they were complete professionals. They didn't lecture me, just got me in the chair and took great care of me. My teeth have been sensitive lately with my periodontal disease, and it hurt so much they ended up numbing me, but they made sure I was comfortable the whole time. They could have easily turned me away for being late, but they stepped up, and I really appreciate their patience.

My visits at Verdugo Hills Dental Group continually go better than expected. Dr. Hakopyan and his staff take their time and give me an honest assessment of everything and answer my questions. They all take their time with each patient and are not late or rushed. I never wait either, appointments always start on time which is rare for a dental office.
