After several attempts to reach out, to confirm the reception of my card, no feedback was given, ended up having to cancel my card. This was over a month and half time frame.

We can't tell you where your card is because YOU are the sender. You shipped it and you have the tracking number to your own shipment. You can simply check your own tracking number to see where is your card is that you sent us. Once we receive cards, we make them and ship it back the same day.
