Exceptional experience, service and most of all...results!
Robert and his team are experts in vehicle valuation and insurance processes. They 'turn over every rock' to maximize the financial result of your specific situation. I have used them three times over the last few years and each surpassed my expectations. Twice my insurance settlement was 200% greater than the original offer from the insurance company. In the third, my settlement was over 400% greater than original offer. Not using these guys leaves you poorer!

Outstanding Service!!
Being in the collision repair industry for the past 12 years I have experienced every single day the exasperation that my customers feel when dealing with the task a handling the unfortunate event of an insurance claim. Insurance companies have taken advantage of both the insured and claimants for many years and incorporate it into their staff training and business models on claim handling. For the first time ever, with the help of Robert McDorman and his knowledgeable staff at Vehicle Value Experts, the customer now has the ability to gain the upper hand in the claims handling process. Excellent/Trustworthy/Reputable Business - 10 Stars instead of 5
I own an auto body repair shop and have worked with Robert at Vehicle Value Experts on several claims now. He has helped my customers recover the true & fair value of their automobile every time. He is very knowledgeable and conducts himself with the highest degree of professionalism. I just wished I would have started recommending him sooner to my customers because I have seen insurance companies take advantage of their own policy holders so many times in the past. And he will pre-qualify you to let you know to what degree he can help, and doesn't charge for that. There is nothing to loose with his service but alot to gain. In our cases thousands of dollars to gain. He is not only a consumer's advocate but me and my customers now consider him our friend.
