Terrible service on product return
Per Vegware’s written policy, within a month of ordering cups and plates we contacted them multiple times for a product return and credit. The box was unopened, and the sleeves enclosing the materials were intact. First we were told that we missed the cutoff date, so we emailed a copy of our order form. The customer service rep was very rude and condescending, and told us to keep the materials, saving a shipping and restocking fee, and gave us a partial credit ( so we lost over $100 on the deal) & acted like she was doing us a favor. I will NEVER deal with this business again, & recommend that others avoid them, too. They do not honor their return policies. Note that these items must go to a special composting center for disposal; they do not degrade in a landfill.
