BS SITE
TRASH. Site sucks. Redemptions stalled by verification problems. This isnt gambling. Its unregulated trash.

Hello, We're sorry this experience left you feeling so frustrated. We understand how discouraging verification issues can be, especially when they're affecting a redemption. Verification reviews are handled individually, and our Support Team will be happy to look into your case if you still need assistance. Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your experience.

Total scam
Total scam, I won $270 and they took all my money & said that they limited me to $25 redemption. This is ridiculous, they stole ~$250 from me. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. All of the sites they run are scams. Even the customer support guy confirmed that it is a scam according to rule 7 & that my money is gone and they stole it from me.

I bought a promo package and did not…
I bought a promo package and did not get the free spins offered. Customer service was no help. Brand new player to this platform, and I would say they are a scam. I play online slots daily and was looking for a new platform, just to have more options. This platform won’t get my money! Not hard to credit me with the free spins I did not receive. I provided the screenshots of my purchase and they still could not help me.

Hi, We're sorry to hear your first experience on the platform was such a disappointing one. We can understand how frustrating it would be to feel that an offer wasn't applied as expected. If this matter is still unresolved, we'd be happy to have our Support Team review your purchase and your previous communication to see how we can help. We appreciate you sharing your feedback with us.

SCAM - same story
Same story as many others. Hit an amazing streak and won over the $100 minimum threshold they have. Fine. I play more, select to cash out my $100 winnings. I tried to cash out more but was restricted to $100 maximum. After verification and stated $100 redemption was approved, they decided to only pay out $25, citing section 7 of their rules, which states they can decide not to pay you what you win if they don't want to, just because they don't want to. After nearly an 30 minutes chatting with support, they decided to close the chat and discontinue the discussion stating the decision is made. This is the most SCAM

Thought you hit it big time guess again you're only getting paid $25 of your winnings...
The main issue was only getting $25 of my redemption. Now to be very clear they take 100% of your money. I even contacted support because I thought something was wrong. But that is their policy. I think people should know this before signing up.

They’re rip offs
They’re rip offs. Spent $20 and got $35 sweep coins. Then revived an additional $5 for confirming everything. Don’t hit one bonus anywhere. Didn’t hit for anything above $11 a roll. Sucked the money back so fast it wasn’t even funny. 57 rolls at one roll before I hit a $1 win. This place is comical. Waste of time and money.
