Deposited a couple thousand into this site. Made $400 profit playing some live table games specifically roulette I hit on my color multiple times. Got an email 2 days later that my account was closed and they were taking my profit away. They said I broke their rules which basically states don’t make a profit or we will take it from you because all they have to say is it is “suspicious” so don’t win or they will take it from you!

Just another scam site.

As a sister site to luckyslots.us, at least as advertised by their marketing email to me, i decided to take a chance since i generally had a good experience there. Vegas builder claims one hour redemptions or 100 free spins. After not hearing back for hours i reached out to support. Keep in mind after playing for hours i only cashed out 150. Apparently 3oaks was "verifying game rounds due to suspicious activity" or errors or whatever and now they cant cash out until they make a decision. 1 star, terrible experience, terrible support responses. Ive made sure to let everyone know on reddit and twitter as well.

Actually - no. I've had a redemption pending since 9/5. When I ask about the "free 100 spins", I am told it processed already. Something funny is going on. Previous redemptions happened on the same day. Now it seems like they don't want to process my latest redemption. Customer support isn't helpful. I sent an email, and will await a reply/resolution. Generally not happy with the level of service on this site, and would not recommend it.

I used the vegas builder market and bought a $1,000 package for +10% to make it come out to 1100 SC. I then managed to get out with 1,047 SC. They then banned my account without reason. My redemption was pending for a little over 3 days and after many attempts of contacting support they would all give me different answers. I was told the redemption team would be in contact with me, another agent said my redemption was marked as important and the redemption team would be in contact soon, while another agent told me my redemption is currently being worked on. All of this was false nobody ever contacted me nor was my redemption ever processed. They also advertise "instant" redemptions yet mine has been pending for over 72 hours and when I request answers from their support team I am just met with lies. I got no notice, or email or anything whatsoever telling me what the reason for my account closure was. This casino is money stealing and fradulent please keep your money far away if you'd ever like to see it again. I will be filing a complaint to the BBB , The Casino Bureau, and getting in contact with the casino itself as well as charging back purchases on my card. All I wanted was to get in, get my money, and get out. I simply cannot even do that on this fradulent shady site. I have all the proof neccessary to back up my claims and will be taking aggressive action against this site. Stay Away!

Honestly appalled at the gross mismanagement and miscommunication regarding my husband's attempt to create an account after I created mine, resulting in him being temporarily blocked and then upon contacting support being called to his account was permanently banned without any explanation and they would not be discussing any details further, he was of course upset about this as I was too because that doesn't even make any sense, about 24 to 48 hours later, what he's telling me about it I told him that that has to be an error because there's absolutely no way that you were flagged or anything immediately after sign up unless it was our Wi-Fi network pinging my account being created and then thinking your account being created, and wrongfully so I can get as two accounts for one person when it was not, so I told him to contact support and request a supervisor to try and correct the issue, during that time he was under the impression that since his account was probably closed that meant it was deleted and since he never used it at all, he only ever signed up with a Google account and then immediately got the temporarily locked message, and then permanently closed that meant deleted and it it would count as trying to read a second account if after that transpired he was attempting to create an account because he never actually had or used one, I let him know that he needs to keep request a supervisor because this was done in error & when he does they then say he was permanently closed for 2 accounts BUT HE DID NOT HAVE 2 - HE TRIED TO MAKE 1 & WHEN HE EMAILED SUPPORT THEY SAID AFTER REVIEW HE THEY CLOSED HIS ACCOUNT AND WOULD NOT BE PROVIDING ANY INFORMATION REGARDING THE MATTER!? And of course now that I explained to him he needs to keep keeping emailing til they accually allow him to show proof this was done incorrectly and allow him to show proof, and now he has 2 accounts- I have never had anything like this happen especially with without verification of if I have 2 accounts or if I know there are too or if it's actually just the same ip do to WiFi - definitely not the way this should have been handled form the beginning & it's disappointing to keep going back and forth when they could have fixed it

Tried this place out for the first time. To many consistant losses on spins and only hit one bonus with low payout. I won't be back
