Hello Tkal, Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the selection of games, although we’re sorry to hear your overall experience did not meet your expectations. Game outcomes are determined by the individual game mechanics and are random. RTP is calculated over a very large number of game rounds and does not guarantee a specific return, result, or winning outcome for any individual player or session. We understand and respect your decision to close your account, and we appreciate the time you spent with us. Kind regards, The VegasBuilder Team

Hi Amber, We’re sorry for the frustration caused by the redemption timeframe. To clarify, the information included in your review does not allow us to identify your VegasBuilder account or the specific redemption you are referring to. Without the account details, we are unable to review the transaction history or confirm what occurred in your individual case. Our 1-Hour Redemption Guarantee applies to eligible redemptions. If additional verification or an internal review is required, the 1-hour guarantee does not apply. It is also important to distinguish our processing time from the time it takes for the funds to appear in your bank account. Once a redemption has been successfully processed on our side, banks may take approximately 3–5 business days to reflect the funds. This timeframe is determined by the financial institution and is outside of our control. If you believe your redemption falls outside of these circumstances, please contact our Support team so we can review the specific transaction and provide clarification. Regards, The VegasBuilder Team

Hi Krisztian, We understand why the timing of the account closure may have led you to this conclusion, but we would like to clarify that your account was not closed simply because you won or submitted a redemption. We take account closures very seriously, and these decisions are made only after an account review and in accordance with our Terms & Conditions. Where activity is identified that falls within the applicable provisions of our Terms, we may restrict or permanently close an account and take the corresponding action regarding any balance or pending redemption. For security and compliance reasons, we are unable to disclose the specific internal indicators or review criteria used in these assessments. We understand that you may disagree with the outcome, but the decision was based on the review of the account activity and the applicable Terms & Conditions, not on the fact that you had a winning session. Regards, The VegasBuilder Team

Hi Nancy, We’re sorry to hear your experience has changed since your initial review. Game outcomes are randomly determined and are not influenced by whether a player leaves a positive review, how much they have previously won, or how much they have purchased. Results can vary significantly from one session to another, and no particular outcome or return is guaranteed. We also understand your disappointment regarding the daily bonus wheel and your request for complimentary SC. While our team is always happy to review available promotions or account-specific offers, complimentary SC is not guaranteed and cannot always be added upon request. We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback and will make sure your comments regarding the bonus experience are passed along internally. Regards, The VegasBuilder Team

Hi Eric, We’re sorry to hear your recent gameplay has been disappointing. Game outcomes are randomly determined, so results can vary significantly from one session to another, including bonus rounds, and no specific win or redemption amount is guaranteed. We understand that hitting a bonus and receiving a lower return than expected can be frustratinh. Regards, The VegasBuilder Team

Hello Jonathan, We understand how frustrating it can be when a redemption takes longer than expected, especially when previous requests were completed more quickly. Redemption processing times are not determined by the amount requested. Any redemption, regardless of value, may require additional review or verification before it can be processed. Processing times can also vary depending on the volume of requests being handled at the time. We’re happy to see that your redemption has now been processed. Our team will always work to complete redemptions as quickly as possible, but some requests may take longer depending on the circumstances and any additional review required. -The VegasBuilder Team
