I put in a redemption on Monday and had to verify my bank account and card information which I did instantly. They said it could take up to 48 hours. Well it's been 48 hours now, and earlier today they said my redemption is taking more time "due to higher-than-usual volume of redemption requests." I'll update my review to 5 stars when I receive my redemption Redemption received

Hello Brianna, We completely understand how frustrating it is to still be waiting after submitting the requested verification so quickly. Payment and account verification can take up to 48 hours, and in some cases a redemption may require additional processing once those checks are completed. We’re sorry that the higher-than-usual redemption volume has added to the delay and made the experience more frustrating than it should be. If your redemption is still pending, please reach out to our Support team again and mention that you’re contacting us from this Trustpilot review so we can take another look at the current status for you. We appreciate your patience and the opportunity to get this resolved for you. -The VegasBuilder team
