Just Another Face in the C.
Updated. My situation happened at Slotgard but seeing as how that is a website that is closing doors with the player base being moved to Vegas2Web, I will relate my situation here. Complete rollover. Get max win of $100. Request payout. Send in all required verification. After I did all that, they ask for more verification. By itself not a big deal, but I had an issue with the payout method. They offered only international bank wire. Wanted to charge me $35 fee on $100 payout. Crypto was not available. That should have been a big red flag by itself. I ask if crypto will be made available in reasonable time. I was told it might. I reverse payout to wait for crypto. I decide will bother with extra (somewhat suspicious) verification requirements when request next payout. A little later, get told the site will be discontinued. A timeline is established for players to complete any rollover and clear their balances. Players to be navigated over to Vegas2Web. I ask if my balance can just be transferred over to Vegas2Web so maybe can get crypto payout without $35 fee. During this period, I tried several times to go to Slotgard's website, but it was inaccessible. Because I could not get to the website for a few weeks (despite multiple attempts and emails) and because Slotgard refused to transfer my balance over to it's sister site, Slotgard declared my $100 was voided and that it was my fault. By the time I could get the site to load once more, the cashier was discontinued and Slotgard decided to pretend like I had not met the wagering requirement. In response to all this, I left 1-star reviews of both Slotgard and Vegas2Web (as they are the same company). Since, at the time I left these reviews, these were literally the only Trustpilot reviews of both casinos, this should have been significant to their reputation. Instead, Slotgard didn't even seem to care about the reviews, and it did nothing to make them reconsider paying the $100 they owed me. Between the fact that Slotgard was being discontinued for lack of interest, the lack of crypto payments, the lack of interest in their reputation, and the conspicuous lack of movement on their progressive jackpot sizes, it should be abundantly clear this is an all but dead casino to be avoided.
