Sells defective pods that leaks oil. I ordered 4 v5 cotton coil and all of them leaks. So they suggested sending me ceramic pods that won't leak and I agreed. Sends me 3 v5 cotton pods of the same kind that are leaking instead of 4. I said I would return the items for full refund and have not heard back. Poor customer service and communication. Not reliable at all.
