Customer service is amazing

Top quality, great customer service.

I love their quality. I was super hesitant. It’s super good quality at a really good price exactly authentic looking I would highly recommend it. This is my second time spending a lot of money buying a lot of pieces and I just wanna buy more and recommend them to my friends and family

My order took a little longer than expected to show up, but everything arrived just like it was described on the site — quality is solid, no complaints there. Super stoked that the weight of the jewelry pieces is pretty much spot on, the gold color is slightly off but honestly not a big deal, and a lotta the little details are really well done. I was lowkey sketched out thinking the site might be a scam — there’s literally one review on here saying that, and Isabella the manager was way too on point, like she was replying super fast and just really had her stuff together. I honestly couldn’t wrap my head around that level of customer service — it’s rare, fr. No idea how long the gold plating’s gonna hold up, but I’ll def come back and update this review after some time. Stay tuned! 👌

I’m so glad I found this website!! I’ve ordered 3 times now and each time all the pieces were so beautiful and perfect! I get so many compliments! My friends all think my pieces are worth thousands! These are also great pieces for birthday gift! I will continue purchasing from here!

The products quality is superior, I’m ordering 2nd round. Isabela from customer care is very responsive, she goes extra mile to make sure my shopping experience going well. Highly recommended.
