Customer service does not respond. I am trying to return 3 items because they do not fit and are very poorly made. Horrible quality.

Took quite awhile to receive what I really didn't order!! It was the wrong dress completely! I don't like it at all! No Receipt inside package! Return address is in NY with a John Doe name! Am working on contacting them to return item and cancel my CC transaction! Would never order from them again!

I PURCHASED SUN DRESSES TOTAL $175.. They took awhile to arrive. I was not pleased with the material, seemed cheap. Two did not fit well. I tried to return them. The total reimbursement would be $70. There was no info to return. I did email and got a quick response asking why I was not pleased. I explained as written above. The next email asked for photo’s. I sen photos of dress with tags not worn. I go another quick response offering me $10 and keep the dresses. I RESPONDED that I did not except there offer. Now I haven’t heard back. Poor quality, poor return policy. Do not recommend this company.

Shine Bright Like a Diamond Black Dress Very disappointed in this product. Looks nothing like the picture and is so thin. I waited over a month for my dress and it arrived completely crushed. I wrote to customer services explaining this and the best they could come up with was “if there’s anything we can do to help, let us know”.

The items had no shape to them and were several sizes too big despite me using their size guide. I requested a refund as the website states free returns within 30 days. They have repeatedly tried to haggle with me to only refund a percentage and for me to keep the items. I have repeatedly told them that they are no good to me and i would like a refund. I received an email from them today stating their final offer would be 70 us dollars instead of the 107 it cost as it would cost them too much to return. I’m now going through the PayPal resolution department. I would recommend staying far far away from this company!

They are a Scam. Very poor business etiquette! I have sent at least 8 emails for a return authorization. 2 dresses. Can't get them to reply....Very upset. Pissed off more so at myself!!!!

Do not order from them. I ordered 3 dresses. The material is like tissue paper. In order to return them I have to pay shipping to Dubai. It took forever to get them. Read the fine print- only return items with quality issues. They are not paying for me to ship them back. I can’t even use them as a dust cloth! I should of known better- I think they take down the bad reviews. I would give them negative 100 if I could!!!
