VavoomvodkaReviews of vavoomvodka.com

The product itself is not the reason for the review. The quality and presentation of the vodka is easily a 4 star rating. My rating is directed at the company itself. I’ve ordered this product multiple times over the years but my experiences this year make me question going with another product. I gave an honest and positive review on an order and in exchange, I was to receive a promo code for next my order. Since I order this frequently, it was a no brainer to write a review. I posted the review, received a code….that never worked. I’ve tried it several times over the past few months and nogo. Don’t solicit from your customers when you can’t keep YOUR word.

I've spent over $800 & received NOTHING!! SCAM & run away. Vavoom used to be reputable but no more....

I never received the vodka, and right before the holidays! This is incredibly disappointing and unacceptable!

SCAM. They don't deliver and don't reply emails. I bought a vodka bottle 40 days and haven't received yet. I placed this order in 2024 and never received it. At the time, I filed a complaint because the promised delivery never happened. What is even more surprising is that my complaint was only answered almost three years later. That alone says everything about the level of customer service. Anyone reading this can judge for themselves whether this is the kind of experience they want to risk.
