The quality of what I ordered was okay. It seemed like a higher quality should have been used for the prices that were paid.

I am happy with the quality although I need to exchange for a different size and there is no easy way to contact this company. Only email and the response is slow and still on going. No exchange just pay an additional fee and get a new size. Doesn't make sense because the one I have is too small.

I love both dresses I received. Shipping took longer than expected and I was not provided tracking information which made me nervous.

Service was good, representative responded to me quickly when i asked for a return. They gave me a small refund and said I could keep the items. So not a real return/refund, but still the customer service was good.

I ordered 3 tops. Two of them I love but the third doesn't fit correctly and I do not like the fabric. I've reached out via email to see about a return. I'm hoping the return will be possible. So, 2 out of 3 is pretty good for on-line shopping.
