VauguReviews of vaugu.com

i ordered a dress for $37+ tax and it didn't work. wanted to send it back and get a refund. they offered my $9 refund. I said no -then they offered a $15 refund. NO I wanted to ship it back and get a full refund (even if I paid for shipping) they won't give me that option. totally annoyed.

I recently purchased from the Vaugu for the first time. The quality is definitely not what I expected and the sizing is off. The website indicates "Free Returns for 30 Days" but Vaugu is giving me the run around on my return. I do not recommend.

BUYER BEWARE- Update to previous review. Company refuses to send RMA for return and refund. Despite clearly stating return policy on website. They offered me $20 to keep the 4 dresses I wanted to return. I declined and insisted they return the full amount of $160. They have increased the offer to $70. They claim I would be responsible for shipping charges to Dubai in order to return the dresses. Very disappointed that they state returns are free and easy and clearly they are neither.

Do not buy! The material of the dress is not at all as advertised on their web site. When I tried to return as I will not be wearing this, they refuse to honor their advertised ‘free return within 30 days’ which they are also falsely advertising on their web site. I am now 2 weeks of back and forth emails and they refuse to provide a return label.

Do not be fooled by the photos. These dresses are made from very cheap thin material. They are cut crooked and have seams that do not line up. They clearly are made in mass bulk in a factory in China. Very disappointed with the fabric, fit, feel, and overall quality. I have donated them all to Goodwill. Not even a cute bag and strappy sandals can save these dresses …

This dress is NOT as described - it is absolutely NOT jersey or heavy tshirt material. It is cheap acetate. Your description is fraudulent and misleading. There is NO cotton material in this dress.

I am so disappointed in this company and your product and service. It took over three weeks to get the item and I needed it for a baby shower to wear got it a week later checked on it many times because it sat waiting to go out in the mail for 10 days. I questioned the company and was told to be patient in two separate emails. When I wrote them and told them I would be sending the dress back and I needed a return address and I wanted it credited back onto my card I was sent an email that said they would give me eight dollars back on a $36 purchase. That won’t work. Return my payment. I’m thrilled to send this dress that is huge back.

Returns are apparently not an option. I bought 4 dresses to try and was so disappointed by the awful polyester fabric so I tried to reach out to customer service to get a return authorization and they just don’t reply to any emails. Thankfully the prices are reasonable but I am still very upset that I’m now stuck with 4 dresses that I’m basically going to just donate to Goodwill.
