They do not deserve 1 star. The outfit I ordered was $60. It is cheaply made and very small. I tried to return it for my money back, and they won't refund me. As other people have said, they offer $5-$20 back and finally say I have to return it at my expense to Dubai. Do not buy from them!

The products come straight from China & took over 3 weeks to receive. They do not ship from South Carolina as they state on their website. Their sizing is way off (runs very small) & the quality is terrible. I emailed them to return the poor quality clothing, which was well within the 30 day return period that they post on their website, and they told me to keep it or donate it. They only offered $15 back on a $170 purchase. I said ABSOLUTELY NOT & that I want to return it for a FULL REFUND and they came back with 5 more ridiculously low offers. I rejected all of their offers and insisted I would mail it back. They said that "shipping would be too expensive, as their mailing address is in Dubai”. They are hoping that by wearing you down that you will just go away. It has been over a week of haggling because they only email in the middle of the night & I am finally going to have to take it up with my credit card company. These people are flat out stealing from us & are TOTAL CROOKS. They don't even deserve a 1-star rating. I am totally disgusted with them & their dismissive ways!!!

Ordered a sweater, got a cheap fabric with a picture of a sweater. First they said the item wasn't worth returning, then they offered 28.00 and wanted me to pay for shipping. I paid 50.98 and was not paying 14.00 to ship it back. I still would have been out 36.98 which was the cost of the cheap shirt I received. Awful people to deal with. After this experience, I have found numerous complaints on BBB and a Malware site warning of their BAIT AND SWITCH SCAMS.

Horrible! I received the item and it is very different than the pictures. I tried to return and they don't accept returns. How can a ecommerce business not accept returns. Sorry - but I strongly would stay away from this retailer. (They don't even have a number to call.)

Fabric and construction are complete garbage. I tried to return it and they actually said, "We'll give you $12 back, just keep it." Trust me - It's not worth $12.

the item was sold as a sweater, image and all. It is not a sweater and is of horrible fabric. I am now trying to get an authorization for return and not getting any assistance. Guess I am glad that I only purchased one item. False advertisement!!!!!

The item I received was not as described. I ordered a "sweater" and instead I received a shirt that was printed to look like a knit sweater. Biggest rip off I've ever seen. Their advertising is deceptive and extremely misleading I've tried to return the item, but the company won't do it. Instead, they've offered me a $7.00 refund on a $50.00 "sweater."
