I ordered Jan 12, 2023,and received the first week of March. Some of the clothing did not look like the picture. And the sizing was off from the chart.

Have not received my order as of today Order # 84650608203 on January 22, 2023 Today is Feb 9, 2023 and no ship date as if yet.

Absolute scam. Product delivered was not as represented on website. Instead of a quality shirt, I received a cheap tee shirt. When contacting customer service they offered a small discount of $3, then $8 and finally $15, for a $50 dollar item that I’m sure cost them less then $2 to make. Please avoid this company and save yourself the headache.

Bought a dress. They claim sizes are accurate. Not true. Way too large. Tried to return but you have to return it overseas - really expensive- you pay for all freight- and I mean all freight which often costs you more than the product. Then they say they do not refund your money until they receive the product which who knows if they ever say they received the product Don’t fall for this pitch Avoid them like the Plague .

I have a return and they tell you to get authorization prior to return but don’t give a contact phone number!!

This site is a joke! They rip people off and won’t refund your money! DO NOT BUY FROM ANY OF THEIR SITES! 3 out of 4 items didn’t fit and they won’t give me my money back!

UNHAPPY 🙁 After a long awaited dress I sent for it finally arrived! It was absolutely awful cheap and tacky absolutely gutted because it looked beautiful 😢 I have requested a returns form and their response was….”We will give you $8 refund & keep dress!!😡 I don’t think so I paid £44.60 in good faith and feel I deserve a full refund.
