I placed an order with this company for the first time a couple weeks ago. After I placed the order and figured I would double check there reviews and was very concerned because it was a mix bag of of good an bad . So I kept my fingers cross and was pleasantly surprised. Unit was shipped out within 48 hours and tracked received within 10 days .Product was as described and price was great! Will return to purchase in the future .

I ordered the wrong item, it was my mistake. Soon as I received it I emailed them, they helped me out. I sent it back and they gave me back my full credit so I can order the right item. Response time was less than 24 hours. Great customer service in my opinion. Good job VB!

This is now a second review on behalf of the company. I wrote a poor review when they lost... Then found and finally shipped my order a month or so ago. So, in being fair, I recently placed a new order for coils and... As in the past it was promptly fulfilled! So, thank you and Happy new year

I ordered before looking at the reviews. We bought coils. There was great email communication from the company and we got our product quickly.

I ordered two boxes of replacement coils for my alien mod. I didn't read the reviews before I ordered, so I found these reviews only after I placed my order, and I thought I was going to be scammed, like some other customers are claiming. Luckily, I did receive the coils and I hope the other customers receive their items, as well.
