I order from VB all the time but recently had an order messed up, mind you this has never happened before. Upon the order mess up (it took a few days of getting ahold of them) but they fixed my problem with no hesitation! They were very kind and helpful and I will continue to repurchase from them!

Love all of the products offered and that they have a very clear way to track your order. Mine actually showed up earlier than expected to my joy. Did have a slight hiccup, but the customer support team went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Will be returning for more purchases and recommend vaporboss to others as well!

I placed an order a couple weeks ago and for some reason my order got lost in the mail. So I reached out to VB and in no time at all they replied. VB responded to my email on 6/23 and I received my order the next day. It's nice to know that when there is an issues they resolve it quickly. I will continue to use VB and recommend to friends and family.

Vaporboss is simply amazing! Not only do they have a great selection a user friendly site, but their customer service is absolutely stellar! I contacted customer support because I wanted to make sure I was doing the ID verification correctly, and not only did they reply to my questions promptly, but their responses were legitimately helpful and their attitude was a breath of fresh air. Professional, polite, knowledgeable, nice, and appreciative of my business! Imagine that! All my follow-up questions and interactions with support were met with the same professionalism and kindness. (Yeah, this should be the norm for all businesses, but we all know it most definitely is not. Idk why it’s so rare to find businesses that are actually good at providing customer service, but it is) My order arrived shockingly fast. I live in Hawaii and am used to packages taking forever to get here from the mainland (or anywhere, really), so that was an awesome surprise! Being in Hawaii, the cost of vapes here is quite steep, so I’m grateful for the affordable prices, too! Lots of selection, great prices, fast and accurate product delivery, and customer service that’s actually helpful and genuinely nice! I’m officially a loyal Vapeboss customer.

I have been a long term customer with Vapor Boss & am truly sadden at how bad the reviews are when they are such an awesome company. Customer service is great super fast responding. The turn around time is super quick and I have never had an issue with them ever as a customer of 3 years. You guys should try there house brand juice and disposables as if they couldn’t get any better as a company they brought there own to the market and did not disappoint. Don't let the reviews turn you away just because people don't know how to follow SIMPLE steps to do the required verifications or are just completely IMPATIENT and not understanding that things happen.

Because the company is in California and I am all the way in Ohio I was skeptical about ordering. At first there was an issue with my age indication, however that was cleared up less then an hour. Order was right on time and exactly what I ordered. I am very satisfied with this store and the products. Definitely will be ordering from you in the future.
