Customer service try to make it as i put the wrong address, but i never had issue with the address provided with any other website

Got my order just fine. Problem is one of them is dead, no light, no puff, nothing! Have repeatedly emailed them and no answer 😔 Guess these guys aren't going to stand by what they sell I would not order again......

Like other reviews I read (after the fact🙄), I have not received my order. I ordered on 5/14 and on 5/16 received an email that my items have shipped. I kept checking the USPS with the provided tracking number - but the items did not arrive. Reached out to Vapor Boss and finally got an emailed response that said their vendor lost a lot of orders but that they are tracking those down and resending but it will take some time and because they have to resend so many orders their inventory may not be able to cover items in my original order. The voicemail is full at the number provided on the website. No cancellations or refunds - so I'm just supposed to wait for months? I'm disputing with my bank and moving on.

This business should not be in operation anymore what a horrible experience. Ordered my vapes on December 7th and by December 13th I messaged them that they still have not shipped, was in contact with them all the way until today December 30th after countless battles and emails back and forth did they finally ship my order. Even when I asked for just a refund they said no you signed a waiver that says no refunds in a snippy email to me. Almost a month for them to ship my vapes. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else. Customer service doesn't get back to you for days.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE GUYS. They dont offer refunds and sent my order to the wrong address. I have no idea where it is now. Took them two weeks to send it out too.

OMG they create a label for USPS and then don't send the orders out for weeks or don't send them at all. I am a lawyer and so is my husband and we just placed another order over the weekend which we will use to prosecute as an example. their policy says they ship within 1-2 days. I am actually hoping they don't and continue to be such scammers so we can finally shut them down.
