I love my Summit, and Valium replaced it under warranty when I had a battery issue with my original one. Their customer service however leaves a lot to be desired. They are impossible to reach by phone and are slow to respond to emails. Shipping is also absurdly overpriced.

A unit failed in 8 months but since it was not bought through a legit place, it was not under warranty. I love(d) the product so they gave me a discount to buy a new one from them. Very happy with the unit.

I have had my Summit for over 3 month and take it with me for my outdoor adventures. The battery life is pretty good , no need to recharge it for a couple of days with 6 times per day normal use. Love the build in pick tool and the dry bag.

The Vapium Summit is a great little vape that works as advertised. I get good draws with dense clouds and its simple to use. The only complaints I have are that it can be easy to clog the small screen insert so you have to check on that and loading material can be messy.

I bought their original Summit vape from a 3rd party and bought extra screens from Vapium direct. The Summit is a well thought out and well made device. A bit of a learning curve but nothing anyone cant easily overcome. My ordering experience I can barely remember because I simply ordered and received my delivery sans drams. That's what you need.

I love this vape easy to use take a little time to hit right vape temp but when it hit temp I blow nice vape clouds I did dislike what you tie your oven top to it looks sturdy so I put a lanyard on it it was nice and easy hide can use it for a good bit and won't get too hot would buy again great company

We found we weren't able to pull consistantly even if all the bud wasn't yet vaped. Besides that very easy to use, nice grip, straight forward, charged quickly :)

Company stood behind their product even though it was not purchased from an 'authorized' dealer. Issue did take a bit more back and forth than should have in my opinion, but in the end I am satisfied. Old part failed within days of receiving the replacement part.
