Very nice, pleased with the product but only a couple of things I dislike. The vaporizer is discreet but the odor isn't discreet when expelled. When special battery dies a new one will need to be found. Other than that a very pleasant experience.

Good product for price I had a fair amount of difficulty with payment as neither of my Mastercards were being accepted for some reason - so I ended up paying from my Visa Debit (bank account) which was fine BUT I had to contact customer service because the failed transactions were showing on both my Mastercard accounts. They were very responsive, but did not follow up with me. Additionally, I was never notified when the item shipped so after a week of hearing nothing I contacted customer service again and this time got zero response whatsoever. Thankfully, I'm quite happy with the product itself.
