Excellent product, much faster shipping than I expected, great customer service

This website has an intuitive user interface and makes it easy to find replacement parts for your vape. The vape itself is a high quality product. I especially like the temperature adjustment and built in pick. I made the mistake of cleaning the mouth piece with acetone and it melted, but I was able to get replacements here cheap enough.

Original rating of 1 star reflected my frustration on not receiving product right away. These are unusual times so should have been more patient. Now I'm completely happy with a great little vaporizer. Thank you Vince for your assist.
