Mislead & Lied
I broke my vapor over the weekend and I wanted to find something already put together and heard the squonk was the best. After chatting with a CSR and was told all I needed was juice & battery. The order came and I have to build coils. Way out of my league, now they only want to give me a in store credit! After being mislead and lied to.

Unfortunately, our return policy states that unopened hardware may be returned only for store credit. We typically will not accept a return if the hardware has been opened, but we know that your situation is different, so we are willing to accept your return. We have other hardware that you can apply this store credit to that will be more in your league. Any one of our agents will be more than happy to help you find something that is just right for you!
