I made an error in my online order, called the store and they fixed it for me immediately. I'm 2 hrs away and this is the only vape juice I would order online.

The flavor is great and shipping is fast. Customer service is responsive and helpful. I have needed customer service two times. Once to verify my age, the agent was helpful and quick. The second time I didn't receive an order. The agent shipped me out a new one once he was unable to track my package. He kept me informed I received the new order very quickly.
