This website is a complete scam. Once you pay you will never hear anything from them. If you try to dispute with PayPal they will send fake tracking numbers and the dispute will automatically be decided in the sellers favor. You need to contact PayPal by phone or web chat and explain to them the circumstances and you might get your money back.
