Good product/ bad experience
Orders came in early but when I emailed customer service, there is no response as I wanted to return some. Also, the promos on 15 Pods plus a device that no matter how I add 15 or more pods the promo code will not work. Good products but no customer service. I even clicked on the email I received from vapedisco 30pod offer never worked. They say artisan 2 device is free if you 15 pods and just use the code but no avail. There is no customer service, never reply on emails but replied on my reviews, still thinking of this site. I ordered from them at lease 4 times and sent email twice. * Customer support is different from replies generated from different emails are considered spam or not friendly emails. BUT THAT’S THAT. Just sharing my experience.

Hi Delorito, we are truly for the inconvenience. We've check your email and the order overtime. We've replied your every emails using different email address, but you keep sending us email saying not receiving. We suggest that you could check the spam email list. Moreover, the code we send you works. You will have to follow the instruction to be able to use that.
