Customer service is spot on!! I live in Bermuda. We used to receive our items through DHL - quick home delivery, duties sorted through payment. It was a breeze! Unfortunately, the company can no longer use DHL to deliver to Bermuda. USPS takes forever and goes to our local post office where we have to pay duties upon collection. I had pre-paid the customs duties as part of the order. I sent an email to customer service requesting a refund and received a response within a couple of hours and confirmation that the refund was processed. Amazing!! They were not aware that they wouldn't be charged the duties. So, if you're ever in the same situation, you can go ahead and pre-pay and feel confident that you'll get refunded straight away. Fantastic service!! Plus, they carry my favorite brand/flavor, which I'm told has been discontinued. So, i stocked up as I can't get it elsewhere. Highly recommend 👌

I received all products i ordered completely fine and without any issues, i live in Saudi Arabia and finding a Website that can ship Vape products from the US to my country is hard but not anymore for me, ill order more and more from “Vape Closeouts” in the future and if you are someone who lives in the ME region this is the best site to order from 👍♥️
