Do not do any business with vapecityusa.com. its almost 3 weeks and nothing but the same lies about tracking numbers that provide no information. Its 2026, it doesn't take 3 weeks to ship anything, and if you don't have the items, just give a refund and move on, for the first time in my life i have file a claim with a credit card over a few vapes.

Not sure if this is the actual vape city I’m so ticked off. Placed an order at (supposedly) vapecityusa and never receive my order. Filed complaint with PP and money back. Problem Now is that I get 5-10 text messages a day from V@peCityUsa. (Yes, V@pe with the “at” symbol) I spam and delete the texts but they just send from a different number. I am TOTALLY frustrate

Order arrived damaged/broken and the items were leaking out and crushed. Contacted VapeCityUSA via email and sent them photos of the damaged items I was shipped, they refused to send me replacements and instead offered me a $10 coupon. Will not be ordering from them again, they don’t stand behind their orders!
