I am very impressed with the customer service. I had a question about a rare book that they were selling. While the representative didn’t have the answer, she assured me that she would find out and call me back as soon as possible. Within 5 minutes I had my answer and I placed the order. The book arrived earlier than expected, well packaged and in perfect condition. I’m looking forward to ordering more things from them. Bravo!

The best espresso I’ve ever had hands down. I do a lot of testing and I randomly came across Vaneli’s looking to get my espresso machine serviced and they let me try all their different roasts I prefer the Organic dark roast but the forte is great too and the classic cremosa is also great you really can’t miss here.

I found Vaneli's coffee at Corti Bros in Sac and immediately realized what a good product it is. I've probably bought 10 bags so far and I had one sent to a friend for Christmas. The packaging is beautiful too. Thank you!
