Customer support disappeared once the sale was closed
When I first signed here, the company's representatives were attentive and eager to assist. However, as soon as the transaction was finalized, follow-up support became virtually nonexistent. My calls and emails went unanswered, and when I did reach someone, the assistance was rushed and unhelpful. I felt abandoned and deeply regretted choosing this provider. It was disappointing to experience such a sharp drop-off in service once my payment had cleared.
