Gunny, thank you. I read this a few times and it genuinely made my day. Your jacket took longer than either of us wanted, and you stayed patient and good-humored with me the whole way through. That made my job a pleasure rather than a worry, so if the experience was easy, a good share of that is down to you. All I really did was keep my word, and I'm glad it showed. Thank you for taking the time to write this, thank you for your service, and God bless you too. Whenever you need your next piece, I'm right here. Warm regards, Jennifer @ Valor Tailor

The first hat I received I had some discrepancies with, but after contacting valor tailor they remade my hat and it came out great. The color and quality are phenomenal. Valor tailor is very professional and respond quickly. I will definitely use them for any custom military hats and shirts in the future.

Thank you so much, Joseph! We really appreciate you sharing the full story, including the fact that the first hat wasn't right. That honesty means a lot, and we'd much rather be judged on how we fix things than on pretending nothing ever goes wrong. We're so glad the remade hat came out great and that the color and quality lived up to what you hoped for. Thank you for your patience while we got it right, for your kind words, and most of all for your service. We'll be right here whenever you need your next custom hat or shirt! Warm regards, Jennifer @ Valor Tailor

The customer service is excellent. I emailed to ask about the status of my order, and was promptly responded to. My father was very pleased with his hat. Highly recommend this company.

These people are absolutely amazing to work with. I made a mistake when I ordered a gift for my husband and they were very quick to help me fix my mistake. I had ordered a custom cap for him and instead of ordering the combat engineer in my order details I had accidentally clicked on the US army logo. They were not able to change the order because it was a few days before I realized my mistake, but they were able to help me get him the correct one at a discounted price. And it works out for him because he was a combat engineer in the army so now he has 2 hats to enjoy. They have been very kind and helpful and go above and beyond with customer service. I will definitely order from them again with any gifts for my husband and family members that are veterans.

Hi Stacey, thank you so much for this incredible 5-star review! It was an absolute pleasure working with you to get the perfect custom caps for your husband. We are thrilled to hear that it all worked out and that he gets to proudly wear both the Combat Engineer and the US Army designs now! Going above and beyond for our veteran families is exactly what we strive for every single day. Thank you again for your amazing support, and we can't wait to craft more meaningful gear for you and your family in the future! __ Jennifer @ Valor Tailor Customer Support Team

Fantastic team to work with! My father in laws original valor tailor hat blew off in high winds while we were traveling. Big bummer as it was his favorite hat. I got the new one ordered from the car and the valor tailor team did a great job on the replacement! -happy veteran’s son-in-law
