This is a waste of money. First of all you only receive NFA = Not Full Access. That means that no matter what, you cannot change password, name … etc Second of all, someone is sharing this said account with you. Third of all, sometimes they sent login credentials to you. Sometimes you don't receive, sometimes they give wrong email and password that has already been changed by original owner. Last of all, you can email support however you want. Nobody will respond to you. Buy it at your own risk. Personally I bought a 7USD one and it was used the same day I bought it. However, nobody uses it for now. I bought another "rare" account worth 50USD and someone always kicks me out per game. Reminder, YOU SHARE ACCOUNTS WITH OTHER PEOPLE.
