Can’t get ahold of anyone ever

This was a horrible experience. First of all, you turned me down and then said it was a mistake when my lawyer son reminded you it was against the law to discriminate on the basis of sex and age. Emails were sent out daily asking for items that had been long ago submitted. It was virtually impossible to talk to someone as even when you were waiting, you would soon be hung up on. You tried to steer me to a Heloc because of the higher costs and then had to start over to process as refinance. With an over 800 credit rating, a net worth of over $2million & annual income of over $150,000, they drug their feet and treated me like a pauper using the excuse of underwriting required it. It was delay, delay, delay ad nauseam I was given closing dates 3 or 4 times & finally I borrowed against my stock margin because of the delays 2

patheic excuse for a company. ive had them less than a month and they are making me jump through tons of hoops no other company has made me do. they take zero responsibility for anything and pass everything off to the customer. very upset i have no choice in the matter of who my mortgage is sold to.

In the age of the internet, WHY does it take Valon FIVE DAYS to respond? Does it take that long to convert English to Spanish?

Don't jack up my mortgage payment by 250 a month within the first 3 months of taking over my mortgage. fictitious shortfalls of an escrow acct. no one returns emails. you changed my email address associated with my acct because you couldnt send docusign documents for some reason to my original one. its big one big fiasco since you took over my loan. not happy at all. but you dont care as long as you get more money.

When we first applied for the loan, they required us to have separate email address; whereas, for the past 42 years we have shared the same email. A couple of times when we tried to sign the required paperwork, we would receive an error message. In addition, all of the estimates and charges were way off. We closed on a Monday at 9:00 am and asked our closer and the Valon employee who processed our loan if we would need to make the May payment and were told not to. The funds were not released until Friday at 5:00 pm, which you would have thought the funds would have been available earlier in the day since we closed at 9:00 am on Monday. Since the funds were not released until 5:00 pm on the 15th, we received an email the next day from Valon stating that the payment was past due. Needless to say, we made a payment on the 17th and received an email from Valon on May 18th stating that our previous mortgage had been paid in full. It is currently the 24th of May and we are still waiting on a credit for the payment.

I asked for Mortgage and taxes paid document for 2025. I was sent for 2023 and stil have not received what I needed.
