There was to many times I needed to follow up. Loan contact changed to many times. I was not given updates unless I followed up.

Very bad take over trying to pay early and payment getting lost or late processing by your end trying calling for payment and then you find the mail in payment and you charge late fee. Very disappointed in handling of the issues. Eugene Brown

I'm very confused about why the debt consolidation hasn't happened.Although the balance of the money was in my account almost immediately.And now, it's been almost a week, so i'm not sure what to think.

Meh, mortgage got transferred from company previously servicing it. Letter from previous company included information about “new” Valon account. It took weeks before Valon website recognized me with account information. Never received any information from directly Valon about them taking over, but able to log in confirmation enough(?). Account creation process on par with any other banking service, slightly heavier on the “Are you sure you don’t want us to sell your personal information?” prompts

I spoke to 5 reps over4 months. Each one gave me a different explanation for what was happening to our account- none was correct. The result was fees andi interest compounded as well as a major hit to my credit report. This is totally unnecessary customer service and I am very disappointed and frustrated.

The notary was horrible

I've used Valon twice now. Once to refinance a rental property, which went very well. A second time to purchase a primary residence. Misunderstandings between Valon and my realtor caused several delays which caused me to incur unexpected storage costs. Would probably use again, but cautiously.

Very difficult navigating the portal and very little help from office. In fact, three apps expired while I tried to get things going. I am already a Valon customer and would have expected much better help.
