The worst mortgage company in the world they purposely try to increase your payments to take your home a bunch of scamers natzes and will keep adding to your mortgage until u loose your home be were my mortgage went from $499 to $970 a month before were legally will take your home find another company

The worst customer service, payment options, and customer communication I’ve ever had.

Phone calls went returned in a timely manner. Salesperson promised items that were not delivered. Each day something new was requested of us. A list of items should have been provided, not piece by piece each day

I am not even sure who to complain to. I called four straight times and your automated system hung up on me four straight times when I tried to get to a live representative. It said I was outside normal business hours but I called at 3:15 EST. All I wanted to do was confirm my new address and verify my refund amount. To be hung up on four straight times is just pitiful. I understand everyone wants automat AI but sometimes you need to speak with an actual human and not be hung up on. Very disappointing.

This is not a good experience. Trying to obtain a home equity loan and then to be transferred to another transferred, and now you are going to take a payment from an account that doesn't even exist is mind blowing

The process is taking longer than the 5-7 business days I was told. Since it was a mistake, it should be rectified quicker. I sent paperwork over 2 weeks ago showing this.

My Flood Insurance invoice was never paid and I submitted the invoice on top of two emails trying to get clarification for why it wasn’t paid when my premium was due. I had to pay for the invoice for my flood insurance out of pocket and it has been over two weeks and I still have never heard back. I tried switching home insurance companies last year and had the same issue with customer service. I have had nothing but issues with this company.
