Scam Scam I ordered a limited edition armaf club denito new perfume They charged me twice for my order and sent me a fake plain bottle of perfume

This is a scam i placed my order May-12 still hadn't received it, called the number from my bank provided me and was hung up on before i could ask about the order do not fall into this trap and they put another charge of 39.99 on my card 6-2-25

Terrible experience, going on 2 months and I still haven't gotten my order, totally unacceptable

I ordered the parfum and the limited edition that came with two free gifts, they instead sent me two of their de toliet and no gift, emailed them to alert them of their error and they refused to send out the correct order until i returned what was sent, on top of that I had to pay for P&P. I said this is unacceptable and it’s a breach of my rights but they said it’s against their policy and didn’t offer refunds, then they ceased all responses so I Just asked the bank to look into this and the bank then refunded me. ( paper trails are essential ) It’s a shame as I was really looking forward to enjoying their fragrance but to be honest, it not that interesting and it basically lasts as long as it takes to spray it. Don’t buy, stay away!

They will send you whatever they have available or feel like sending you instead of sending you what you bought from them , then tell you they can’t process a refund cause you bought something but it was just the wrong one . They tried to offer me a discount code to buy more fragrances after they messed up . Like how you gonna mess up my order then say you need to spend more in order to fix the issue !???

If you want a glorified bottle of water then please buy their so called parfume . I fell for the intense scent and it literally is water , the scent doesn’t even stay for 5 minutes despite me almost showering myself with it . It’s absolutely the worse purchase I have ever done . These people are committing daylight robbery.

Absolute scam. They sent me a fake tracking number that tracked a fake package. When the package "arrived" in NY and was handed over to the USPS, there was no USPS tracking number provided. After about 26 days, the tracking was updated to reflect the package was delivered on 24 March 2025 to Dayton, OH 5 days before the actual date, 29 March 2025. My delivery address was not reflected in the delivery notice, like legitimate delivery notices have. I inquired over 30 times to find out about the status of my package and even requested a refund, but no refund was given. I keep getting told, since the package says "delivered", their system won't allow processing a refund. Don't purchase anything from this site. You're sure to get scammed like I did.
