I'm going along with everyone who has written a review on this company. I too, made an order for 2 bottles of cologne. They said it was successfully delivered, but they can't show me that it was successfully delivered cause I didn't get it. No proof of delivery. Now they can't do nothing else about. Not a refund nor refill my order. There's no sense in sending Vallore everyone's reviews, they don't care cause everyone has the same issue. SCAM SCAM SCAM!

SCAM-SCAM-SCAM-They said my package was delivered but it never arrived. Got charged for the $70 that was supposed to be two bottles of cologne. Then i noticed a $39.99 charge. I emailed the company twice and finally received a response. They were very sorry for the inconvenience and would refund me. Waited the 5-7 business days and nothing. I just got charged another $39.99 from them. So now I have to lock my debit card and most likely get a new one with different number. This company if that’s what you call it, should be investigated and brought down.

Bought TWO cologne bottles from this website and they claimed it was delivered but i got this stupid scrub brush instead. Contacting them is useless because they tell you that they cant do anything about it.

I PLACED AN ORDER FOR TWO COLOGNE FRAGRANCES ON 7-18-25 AND WAS CONFIRMED ON 7-19-25. PACKAGE ARRIVED ON 8-3-25. BUT THERE WAS NO COLOGNE BUT INSTEAD A SCRUB BRUSH. PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE MAKING THE SAME MISTAKE I DID. I CAN ONLY BLAME ME

scam alert I ordered fragrance for 39.00 and receive a cheap hair shampoo brush and their address not valid they are fraud

I placed an order (order #1754) for 2 different colognes from VALLORE and received 2 bottles of the same cologne. I contacted the company and informed them of the error. Then replied requesting photos. I sent the photos of what I received and a screenshot photo of the products I ordered. I have not received a response from them to let me know how they would correct this issue. Today they tried to charge my credit card $39.99 I have not ordered anything else from them and did not sign up for any subscription with this company. I always freeze my credit cards until I am ready to make a purchase so this unauthorized charge was declined did not go through. Customer service is very slow to reply to emails to their support if you get a response at all. I agree that this company is operating very shady to say the least if not a full scale Scam!

I placed an order for a product that was never delivered, and without my consent, they enrolled me in a so-called “free” Vallore Club newsletter, which turned out to be a recurring monthly charge. Do not do business with this company under any circumstances. Before you order, verify their physical location and test their customer service—if you can even reach them. Their lack of transparency and failure to respond to inquiries is a major red flag. Avoid at all costs!
