I have recently bought from this company and they have been sending me the same email automatic message, I even asked for a refund and they still didn’t reply back, I am lived they also have been trying to charge me $39.99 and $34.99 in the same month, I am honestly disgusted and disappointed with fraud companies like this I hope that someone actually does something about this cause this is not okay and I hope someone is able to get us back our money this is honestly unacceptable and stupid I have placed the order on January 1 and it said the shipping takes 5-7 days and it’s been more the that I will be giving an update after a month but PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

Placed an order 12/5/25. I read the site before placing and it did not say anything about a membership. I emailed them 12/12/25 to explain this, they said “As per checking, the charge you received is related to our membership program, which is billed automatically as part of the subscription terms accepted at the time of purchase”. There was no mention of a membership. I told them to cancel it. They said “ We’ve gone ahead and cancel your membership to ensure no further charges will occur.” Today 1/11/26 they tried to run it again. My bank blocked it! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Only gave one * as there isn't a lower one. The product is NOT as advertised and only last night I had interaction with my bank ad the have just attempted to take an unauthorised THIRD payment from my account. Absolute scam merchants - stay well clear!!!!

Read all these comments, they're true! I've had the exact same experience as many others on here describe. When you buy a perfume, it never gets delivered. Secondly, they credit your card multiple times without you even ordering. They call it an "automatic subscription". Customer Service say that products are on the way but never get delivered. Then they promise to reimburse but also never do. After multiple contact with CC company they can be blocked and you may get a reimbursement but it's a total hassle. So stay away from this website/"company".

If I could give this company a negative, you bet your bottom dollar I would. STAY AWAY from this site. I placed an order on November 26th of 2025 for a Christmas gift. After a week of no updates on transit or receiving a tracking number, I reached out to the support team, which I believe to be automated responses, and was told there’s a “delay”. When December 17th approached with still no product in hand or tracking numbers sent I reached out again - this time for a refund. Today is January 9, 2026 and I am still receiving the same “automated messages” on them trying to return my funds to my account. This site is a scam from the looks of it and I’m pissed I fell for it. STAY AWAY IF YOU DON’T WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

I haven’t received my order it’s only been a day but from the look of it I want cancel my order please.

I ordered a cologne thinking it was real by the way it was priced. Couple weeks later I actually did received it but, It was not what I ordered and it was a complete fake that barely smelled like anything. I emailed them and was promised a refund which never happened. Then next month I noticed they charged me $40 usd. I emailed them and they said that when you buy ANY of their products, you are secretly automatically added to their premium priced subscription of $40 usd every month. I said hell no take me off and refund me, they said I’ve been taken off the subscription and will be refunded. THIS HAPPENED FOR 7 MONTHS. For more than half a year the kept charging me while promising to refund me and to take me off the subscription. I emailed them every single month to no avail. I had to get a new credit card, and even with the new card they were still able to charge me because the bankers told me they had some “token” which transferred onto the new card or something. I had to get 3 new cards and the bankers told me they had to label them as something ( I can’t remember anymore) for them to stop being able to steal my money. Luckily the bankers were able to get me all the money back. Please do not buy ANYTHING from them
