Excellent experience with Valid Flight! The entire booking process was fast, smooth, and hassle-free. The reservation was genuine, valid, and fully verifiable directly through the official Emirates website. It was successfully verified by both the embassy and the airport without any issues. Everything worked perfectly, 100% as promised! I also really appreciated the fast, helpful, and responsive email support. Very professional and reliable service. Highly recommended!

Auto renewal of the ticket should be maintained in the system without expiring, renewing of the ticket after every 4 days should be abolished.
The reserved flight ticket should be maintained in the system for the booked days, without auto renewal, until verification of PNR is done by the embassy. if 7 days , 14days , 48 hours, 72 hours . This is because after submitting the flight ticket, there's no chance of submitting the newly automated flight ticket, meaning the embassy is likely to consider the submitted flight ticket to be invalid & fake. I got a Visa refusal simply because of the ticket. It couldn't be verified by the embassy, I had no chance to submit the renewed ticket because we always submit once, not allowed to submit every renewed flight ticket. Let the ticket be maintained in the system for the stated days without expiring every after 4 days.
I wasn't happy with the system because when I was booking, the system said, tickets are maintained for 7, 14 days, I was disappointed to see auto renewal of every after 4 days.

Thank you for writing, and we are sorry: you did not get the reservation you paid for. That part is on us and we do not dispute it.
Here is what happened, with the times. Your order was placed on 7 October at 23:33 and paid at 23:37. Our reservation provider was unable to create the booking; our system retried automatically and that attempt
failed as well. At 23:43 — six minutes after your payment — the full amount was refunded, automatically and in full by Stripe.
We e-mailed you that same evening to explain what had happened and that your money was on its way back, and again on 9 October to offer to confirm a route for you before you paid anything. Both messages went to
the address entered on the order and neither was returned as undeliverable.
So the reservation did fail, and we understand the frustration behind this review. The payment, however, was returned the same night, ten days before the review was written.
If it has not appeared on your statement, please write to [email protected] and we will send you the refund confirmation from our payment provider, which you can give to your bank. We would genuinely like
to resolve this with you.

We understand why it looks that way, and we would rather explain it than
argue.
What you have is a genuine reservation held in the airline's own reservation
system, with no ticket issued. That is what proof of onward travel is, and it
is not a ticket. We state this on our site before anyone pays, including the
exact point you are describing: "Some airlines also show the reservation in
their online Manage booking tool; many do not display one there until a
ticket is issued, which does not affect its validity."
A reference that returns nothing in Manage booking is the normal behaviour of
an airline website for a reservation with no ticket issued. It is not evidence
that the booking is absent. Only a few carriers display held reservations at
all. A reservation is also held for a limited time, so a check made after it
lapsed would show nothing either way.
The PDF itinerary is the document to present, and that is what we delivered.
If you want certainty about your own booking rather than a general answer,
write to [email protected] with your booking reference and we will tell
you exactly what the airline's system holds.
