Dear Alberto, I apologize for the delays in providing support and clarifications regarding the license issue you experienced with the Waka Waka bot during your free 14-day trial. I want to assure you that your satisfaction is important to us. As we recently announced the AI-powered Expert Advisor, there has been a surge in inquiries, resulting in a high volume of messages. I understand that waiting for a response can be frustrating, and I apologize for any inconvenience caused by the delay. I assure you that I am doing my best to catch up with the increased demand and provide the support you need. The license error you encountered is often due to a misconfiguration, specifically the URLs not being properly set up in your MetaTrader terminal. Fortunately, this issue can be easily resolved in just a few minutes. To guide you through the process, I recommend watching the following video tutorial: https://youtu.be/QtwmbspZCFY. This video provides step-by-step instructions on how to address the license error. Please note that we prioritize providing support to our valued clients who have purchased our products. However, we are committed to assisting users during their trial period as well. Your feedback helps us improve our services, and we want to ensure that you receive the support you need. If you continue to experience difficulties or have any further questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team at [email protected]. Alternatively, if you can provide us with the email you used to contact us initially, we can check our records and address your support query promptly. Once again, I apologize for any inconvenience caused, and I appreciate your understanding. We value your interest in our products, and we are more than happy to assist you. Thank you for your patience and giving us the opportunity to resolve this matter for you. Best regards, Valeriia
