The quality of the website, services it offers, and information, guides, and instructions have been most welcome. Online support has been okay. I have been happy with the quality of the response, however it oftentimes takes a long time to receive a response. Telegram - I find it very tedious as it is a single threaded discussion. It would be much more productive if a solution like Discord was used where topics/discussions could be categorized making it easier to follow topics of interest.
