I had a problem getting me EA to work, it kept giving me errors saying trading was disabled for the pairs set to trade. Charles jumped on to take a look and showed me that I just needed the suffix for the trading pairs! Chares showed an thorough understanding of what the issue was and resolved it within just minutes. I am happy with Perceptrader AI so far! The setup has been so easy, including free two months of VPS, and support has been very helpful and responsive! I am trading with conservative/low risk settings and I'll see a few months from now!
