ValerionReviews of valerion.com

Valerion Max is my first projector. I took the opportunity to back it on Kickstarter. The wait was long, but it was absolutely worth it. My order arrived in November 2025, and I have used the projector almost every day since then. I am completely blown away by the image quality. I’m not an expert in the field, but I’ve tried to find flaws and simply can’t find any. The picture is incredibly sharp and precise, even when projected onto nothing more than a clean, painted wall. Combined with the ThunderBeat sound system, the experience is perfect for me. I can’t speak for my neighbors, though. The only problem is that movie nights keep getting longer, and these days I don’t get enough sleep. Fortunately, that’s something I can fix. I’d also like to thank Valerion’s customer support team. I have always received quick responses, and any delivery-related issues have been handled excellently.

I had a truly excellent customer experience with AWOL Vision / Valerion. From the very beginning, the communication was fast, friendly, transparent, and surprisingly personal. The support team gave clear information about shipping, product naming, packaging, and delivery, and they always replied in a warm and professional way. This was not the usual anonymous customer service experience — it felt like a real dialogue with people who care about both the product and the customer. The logistics were also very impressive. The products arrived safely and were extremely well packed. The packaging was solid, protective, and thoughtfully designed. Even the box itself gave a strong impression of quality and possibility — the kind of packaging that makes you feel that something exciting is about to happen. It clearly communicates that this is equipment made for serious entertainment, future connections, and great audiovisual experiences. I have now received all the vital components for what I hope will become a fantastic cinema setup for both indoor and outdoor use. The full physical testing will begin after my 60th birthday on July 26, and after that I look forward to sharing more detailed impressions, practical observations, and tips on how to optimize this already very promising system. So far, my experience can be summarized in a few words: excellent customer service, great transparency, strong value for money, high perceived quality, fast response times, and a genuine feeling of success. A company that combines good products with this level of customer support deserves recognition. Highly recommended.

Absolutely delighted with both the product and the service. The team was extremely helpful, especially in keeping me informed about stock availability and helping me secure the item. Delivery was very fast, and the product arrived beautifully presented in a high-quality zipped case. The cable itself feels sturdy, well made and premium. Excellent experience from start to finish — highly recommended. Really impressed!

Got it from kickstarter. Easily best purchase of my life. Been using it for a year and a half now genuinely perfect.

I am a very happy VisionMaster Max owner. The projector has exceeded my expectations with its image quality, HDR performance, and overall viewing experience. What impressed me just as much was Valerion's customer support. They took the time to read my feedback, provided thoughtful responses, and showed genuine interest in improving the product through future updates. It is refreshing to see a company that listens to its customers and communicates so openly. Thank you, Valerion, for both a great projector and an excellent customer experience!

I recently installed the 120” Valerion outdoor motorized screen paired with a Valerion projector, and the overall experience has been excellent. As someone who works in the custom AV industry, I’ve seen a lot of projection and outdoor entertainment solutions over the years, and this setup genuinely impressed me. The motorized screen feels solid, smooth, and well-built. Deployment is quiet and consistent, and the tensioning keeps the screen looking clean and flat once fully extended. The 120” size is a perfect sweet spot for outdoor entertaining — large enough to feel immersive without overwhelming the space. The projector performance was equally impressive. Brightness held up better than expected in ambient outdoor conditions, especially during evening viewing. Color accuracy, sharpness, and overall image quality exceeded expectations for the price point. Movies, sports, and streaming content all looked fantastic. What stood out most was how approachable and installer-friendly the system felt. Setup was straightforward, integration was smooth, and the final result gave a true “outdoor theater” experience without the complexity some higher-end systems bring. Overall, Valerion delivered a product that feels thoughtfully designed, visually clean, and performance-driven. Definitely a product line I’d feel comfortable recommending to clients looking to create a high-quality outdoor entertainment experience.

I love this projector! Family and friends also love the projector. Everyone is blown away by the capabilities and I only have the base model. Absolutely exceeded my expectations in sound, brightness, and user friendly setup!
