I recently had an opportunity to purchase a battery from vacuumbatteries. After I received the battery, I had some questions. I contacted Customer Service. They responded very quickly, like the next day. The purchase, shipping and service after the sale were excellent. They kept me informed throughout the process with emails. I would recommend vacuumbatteries and I will purchase from them again.

I recently received a battery for my Dyson Cyclone Animal+ from Vacuum Batteries. I can't tell you how outstanding the operation of the vacuum is after installing the new battery. The original Dyson battery was a 25.2V, 2300mAh, 58Wh battery. After roughly two years of operation we could only get about 5 minutes running time. The new battery from Vacuum Batteries is also a 25.2V but is rated at 10,000mAh and 252Wh. I charged it fully upon receiving it. The first time that I used it I vacuumed for roughly 15 minutes. I had a solid two bars of power remaining. Wow! Back in business! Thanks Vacuum Batteries!

Great Customer Service! No issues with the battery.

I purchased a battery for my Dyson V8 and after charging it - it never worked correctly. It power surges on and off as you vacuum, especially in max power mode. The company has free shipping but you have to pay to return it and they give no refunds just a replacement. Of course why would I want a replacement? "Returns and Exchanges Customer pays for return shipping. If the battery was used and is not working, it can only be exchanged, no refunds." I would not recommend using this company at all.
