Just within a few days after having my consultation, they came back to me with a plan and instilled with me the most confidence that they were the ones to get the job done. Wendy Draskovic is the customer relations specialist and she, along with the rest of the VOC staff, have been absolutely amazing throughout the entire process which took a few months. They provided me with excellent customer service and support which was a bid deal for me considering that I lived out of state and most of our conversations were done via email or by phone. Started a year ago to get out of 3 timeshares that we were not even able to use. VOC keeps their promise to get you out of your timeshares. We were kept in the loop every step of the way and they handled the constant phone calls we were getting to collect maintenance fees etc. the final paperwork came today and we are out of all 3 units VOC is the best

VOC was upfront and honest from the first step. After payment was determined and made, the company got to work and contacted my timeshare. They quoted up to a year for the process to complete and they accomplished our goal within that time. I would happily recommend VOC to anyone who needs to get terminate a timeshare.
