UUByte Bitlocker software doesn’t work on Mac Sonoma as it won’t recognise device (other competitors products work fine). UUByte now refusing to refund for their non-working software, and they haven’t fixed it so and I’m trying to recover money through PayPal. They are also lying by saying they have sent me emails when they haven’t. You have been warned!!

This company has predatory software licensing policies with an aggressive no refund policy. My experience is with the "BitLocker Geeker" product. It can be downloaded for free, but to actually read / mount a "BitLocker" encrypted drive made in Windows, you are required to go behind the paywall to access that feature. Once you pay for the product you can kiss your money goodbye even if the product doesn't work for you. The customer support to attempt to troubleshot is extremely vague. I made an attempt to get a refund because the development team was going to have to fix the product with an unknown timeline and I was ghosted, I made multiple attempts to reach customer support for a status update on my refund and got no replies from the company.

Dont make the mistake. Doesnt uninstall and does not let you write or mount disc images.

Paid for software, got email with registration code but code would not work, it cannot be copy & pasted onto registration form so spent ages typing code in several times. The code is 32 digits long, upper & lower but same response every time "contact support" What a joke!! of course no response from "support" DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY ON THIS RUBBISH. I have taken up a dispute with paypal to get my money back.

This is malware. Misrepresents itself as a freeware, but requires a license once you attempt to use the software. Not possible to uninstall using conventional methods once installed. Network monitor/firewall indicated unauthorized traffic generated by application after installation.

Junk. It took several hours to get the program to accept my registration key, the after wasting more time I'm still unable to create a function ISO file to salvage my PC. Not recommended and a waste of $40.

Dodgy software. Claimed to be free then once installed, says you need to pay to use the features. Now cant uninstall the software as it says the uninstaller is not compatible with the version installed.

didnt work. kept erroring out. kept saying file invalid dmg file came straight from apple....avoid at all costs and dont have a hope in hell of getting my money back.
